Prior Art Search
Prior art search is a service performed before applying for a patent or launching a product, as a preceding search for existing patents in the related field.

First, after the characteristics of the technology to be patented or the product to be launched are defined, similar preceding patents are searched for and extracted. Technical comparisons are made with the extracted preceding patents, an analysis is made, and an opinion is presented to the client. The search for preceding patent documents is not only conducted for domestic patents, but can also be conducted for U.S., Japanese, and other foreign patents.

Ein Patent Law Office has ample prior art search experience in a wide array of technical fields, and can provide accurate, informed opinions on designated technologies and similar existing literature that is discovered.
